The labor rates presented below are the national prevailing averages used in these BNi 2011 Costbooks.  These rates include the basic wage, plus commonly applicable taxes and insurance.  Using this online tool, you can modify them however you wish, to account for local conditions or closed-shop environments.  You can also use this tool to modify the default markup rate of 10% (used for overhead and profit) to reflect your own preferred markup rate.

Note: Only Division 15 (Mechanical) will be generated on this demo page.
