D4COST Express enables building professionals to build their own historical project library utilizing their company's proprietary project data. Used by Architects, Contractors and Subcontractors, D4COST Express develops preliminary to finished estimates.

Projects archived into D4COST Express can be cost modeled instantly using D4COST's exclusive cost escalators and location modifiers with reliable accuracy. Plus, new projects can be further modeled by changing the square footage or adjusting each line items within the new project for added precision.

In addition, users can customize their software with specific project types by selecting from D4COST's 11 optional project databases. Databases include Educational, Civic/Government, Commercial, Medical, Hotel/Motel, Recreational, Religious, Residential, Industrial and Office projects for import into D4COST.

D4COST includes Internet connectivity for users to download any project from D4COST's massive project library. Projects are available for purchase one at a time or in groups. Users can cost model on-line or download projects seamlessly into D4COST.
